How much extra muscle would you gain if you took 3 of the most research backed natural testosterone boosters for 6 months straight?
First is ashwagandha. Multiple studies show testosterone increases of around 10-20%, and one found a 167% boost in sperm count if that’s something you’re optimizing for.
Second is fenugreek which raised total testosterone by up to 25% in this study, and increased free testosterone in another.
And third is tongkat ali. A 2022 meta-analysis showed an average boost of around 20% and reductions in cortisol as well.
Stack all three together, and combined with proper training and diet, you would gain approximately… zero pounds of extra muscle.
Yeah, that’s right, because even in a best case scenario where your levels increased by a couple hundred nanograms per deciliter, it still wouldn’t be enough to directly drive new muscle growth.
Testosterone levels need to rise well above the normal range at more like 10 times that amount to see meaningful gains, similar to steroid users injecting actual testosterone.
The marketing might sound convincing, but the only real boost you’ll get from these supplements is the total on your credit card bill.

Taking a testosterone booster to build muscle is like trying to inflate a tire with a drinking straw.
It might technically have an effect, but it’s too small to matter.
If you want to optimize testosterone levels for real, forget the gimmicks and focus on the things that actually work:
– Maintain a healthy body fat level
– Train consistently
– Get proper sleep
– Manage stress
– Consume enough dietary fat
– Get adequate micronutrients (especially zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D)
– Limit alcohol consumption

Thank you. Now I will go for TRT
Somehow this doesn’t sound right…
This is misleading. It’s not that ashwagandha directly affects gains. It supports stress levels which affects testosterone which affects how hard u can push yourself in the gym. I definitely notice a difference when taking ashwagandha. Ofc it’s not like juicing everyone knows that. But it helps a bit. U can’t take it all the time tho. U gotta cycle on and off of it. But it definitely helps
