i ‘m taking from Cotidelle and i fell better..look at the ingredients always…i used to take many multivitamins .but not all of them will work…
Omega 3 Fatty acids, and Ashwaganda are safe to take by a young man ( a male around 34 years old ) who had NSTEMI in the past ( around 5 years back ) and has been on basic dose heart meds since then?
His meds are:
Ramipace 2.5mg oid,
Nebivolol 2.5mg oid,
Rosuvastatin 10mg HS,
Aspirin 75mg,
Levocetirizine oid.
