While finding a way to overcome my anxiety, I came across many supplements.
I decided to make a list and just try all of them one by one.
Some supplements didn’t do anything, some made it worse and some were great.
I found that each of them has a specific purpose and relieved different symptoms of my anxiety.
Magnesium for tight muscles and feeling overwhelmed, CBD for stopping panic attacks, B1 for overthinking etc.
